Copy App Store text & fixes

Added Enable Text Copy toggle in the Toolkit — unlocks text selection and copy on App Store & Apple Music pages (overrides user-select: none and blocked copy/context-menu handlers).
Fixed content script never loading — content_scripts was missing from the manifest, so the region badge and copy helpers were not injected.
Popup now shows the current version number; clicking it opens this changelog.
